Registration Confirmations
You will receive a subscription confirmation VIA EMAIL within 24 Hrs once you made the payment. If you have not received the confirmation once the payment scheduled date approaches and payment been made, please contact the office +94 77 036 6565 or email admin@luvmelody.com
Payment Information
The subscription fee ultimately shown in our website in LKR are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to tax, as applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. A payment charged to your credit card account is processed in LKR at then applicable foreign currency exchange rate, if the price shown is denominated in a currency other than LKR. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between bank exchange rates, bank card exchange rates, Internet posted exchange rates, etc.
Checks & Money Orders are not currently accepted online. If you are unable to pay using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card please contact our office at +94 77 036 6565 or email admin@luvmelody.com to make alternate payment arrangements.
Subscription Cancellation
Luvmelody Marriage Proposals will not refund any member who has decided that they no longer wish to use Luvmelody Marriage Proposals. A refund can NOT be given in part or whole for any subscription used or not used by any member for whatever reason. Users who wish to cancel their subscription are not permitted to seek a partial or full refund for any reason.
Refund
Please read the full terms for our refund policy below. Agreeing to our terms and conditions when you create an account with Luvmelody Marriage Proposals means you agree to our refund policy.
Once paid, subscription fees are non-refundable for all 3 types of VIP registrations as 30 days, 60 days & 90 days. Luvmelody Marriage Proposals will NOT refund ANY payment to ANY member for ANY reason whatsoever EXCEPT in the case of error on Luvmelody Marriage Proposals part. If a registrant desires to reschedule his subscription renewal date for payment, registrant should provide us with at least thirty (30) days electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to reschedule as expected. A transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with us in value to the dollar amount paid for the subscription for monthly activation.
By registering for a subscription with us, you acknowledge that once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable. Any right to a refund is not dependent on whether you deactivate the account prior ending the subscription period.
Errors in Payment Gateway subjected to Refund
Payments are possible for refunding only if an error occurred in the payment gateway or any payment was issued once after the subscription cancellation being done. Timely communication along with debit note evidences on the payment error captured should sent to us with immediate effect after fund traction for receiving the refund. Any refunds issued will be processed and completed within 14 days of initial refund request.
Compulsory Agreement Clauses
Please pay attention to the following rules which if broken, will result in a PERMANENT BAN from the Luvmelody Marriage Proposals site WITHOUT A REFUND:
- Profiles are approved within 24 hours and any profiles deemed suspicious or fraudulent will be rejected immediately with a permanent ban and NO refund.
- User agree to include TRUE information about yourself. You are NOT allowed to use fake pictures (actors, actresses, models or any person who is not the actual member.) and any other personal Information which are misleading, such as misrepresented real age, gender, location, country of residence, country of origin, and any other item of personal description can result in a permanent ban without refund.
- Any user found to be using the Luvmelody Marriage Proposals website under the age of 18 will be banned with immediate effect without refund and your IP address will also be banned
- It is Users responsibility to communicate with members in a polite, respectful manner. Rude, offensive, filthy, disgusting or vulgar messages or any other inappropriate messages will NOT be tolerated in any way, shape of form, and will result in a permanent ban without refund.
- Luvmelody Marriage Proposals will NOT refund any members who have failed to CANCEL your membership when you are no longer interested in being a member of Luvmelody Marriage Proposals.
- You will not engage in gathering personal information such as email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, financial information or any other kind of information of our members.
- You will not request money, or any other form of financial assistance, from any member that you meet on this site – any attempt to do so may result in your details being shared with legal teams, lawyers, the Police or any other Government or legal bodies for the purpose of an investigation
